The tracks from their PTXmas album have had a special place in all of our holiday playlists since 2012. I mean, we’re still obsessing over the vocals nearly a decade later. Pentatonix has proven themselves to be icons of acapella with a running discography of their own creations, as well as covers and their beloved holiday tracks. Their 2015 release of their That’s Christmas To Me album was, and still is, a smash hit. Since then, they’re been dominating the charts, wowing us with their amazing talent, and showing us that they’re here to stay!
Some Holiday Cheer!
Well, PTX fans, get ready! Just when we thought we were lucky with the release of The Lucky Ones, earlier this year, we’re in for another treat! Following a series of teaser tweets from their official Twitter, they dropped some exciting news for the holiday season.
It’s TIME! 🎄🎁 We are SO excited to announce that we are heading back out on the road for THE EVERGREEN CHRISTMAS TOUR 2021 starting NOVEMBER 27th. Not only that, but we're thrilled to share that our new Christmas album, EVERGREEN, is coming on October 29th. 🎤🎶 pic.twitter.com/cZnlXDWpD1

Dates To Remember
Yup, that’s right. Not only are we getting a new album this month, but a whole tour starting in November! Just when we thought live music couldn’t make a bigger comeback in 2021, artists like Pentatonix are proving us wrong. Kicking off on November 27, 2021, tickets for ‘The Evergreen Christmas Tour’ are available to order now, check out the dates and locations here! As for the album itself, Evergreen won’t be out until October 29th. But don’t forget to preorder it on all your favorite music services here!
For the time being, PTX has graced us with a couple of samples of what we can expect for the upcoming album. Sampled in their tour announcement video, we got our first taste of the track ‘It’s Been A Long Long Time,’ and to say that it got us hyped is an understatement. The full track is available for all of us to obsess over. And, just when we thought that it couldn’t get better, they dropped a visualizer of ‘I Just Called To Say I Love You,’ so queue this video up right after you finish the first song.
Looking Ahead!
So, PTX fans rejoice! It’s Christmas time! Break out the sweaters, hot chocolate, and holiday music. We can’t wait for the release of Evergreen at the end of the month, but until then, we will have their classics on repeat.
