Back in 2018, a new Halloween movie was released after a 9-year hiatus in the franchise. The film once again starred the iconic scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis in the leading role. This made us fans, ecstatic due to Curtis not being in the films since 2002’s Halloween: Resurrection! Taking place 40 years after the events of the original 1978 film, now Laurie Strode had time to prepare herself for another attack. The film broke records, becoming the highest-grossing chapter of the franchise and also setting a new record for the biggest opening weekend in history for a horror film starring a woman – which makes us even more thrilled to watch Halloween Kills

Halloween Kills is a continuation of the jaw-dropping cliffhanger at the end of Halloween (2018). Right after Laurie Strode, her daughter, and her granddaughter leave Michael to burn in a fire while trapped in Laurie’s basement, Laurie ends up injured in the hospital thinking this has been the final battle between her and Michael. But, of course, in classic Halloween fashion, Michael has somehow managed to escape and come out alive. The reign of terror begins in the town of Haddonfield, Illinois – but this time, things are different. The residents of Haddonfield have had enough and are banding together to put a stop to Michael once and for all.

Do you think Michael will finally be defeated in this film? What’s your favorite Halloween movie?  Let us know in the comments below or over on our Facebook or Twitter!
