Spooky season may be over but there’s still a lot of new things to look forward to. If you’re a pop-punk fan, you might be enjoying the latest drops from your fave artists. We’re here to discuss some of these new drops today because we just can’t get enough! Our faves Set It Off and Mayday Parade have dropped new music (with more on the way) and we’re absolutely stoked. What can we say, it’s a good week to be a pop-punk fan eh?

Set It Off Are Helping Us Bid Spooky Season Farewell
What better way to celebrate Halloween than with a song called ‘Skeleton?’ Set It Off gave us the chance to do just that. The new single dropped on October 29th, just in time for the scariest holiday of the year. You can stream it here. We love everything about this song and the music video is so sick too. Set in a creepy-looking reception room for what is probably the strangest doctor’s office ever, the neon colors, the outfits and costumes, the pink hair, all come together for a stellar video. And that transition into the final chorus with the different colored suits? We’re obsessed, to say the least. Set It Off always has such compelling storylines and stunning visuals in every single music video they do and ‘Skeleton’ is no exception to that!
If you wanna catch ‘Skeleton’ live, Set It Off will be touring in early 2022. You can grab your tickets starting November 5th, right here!
We’re Looking Forward To ‘Golden Days’ With Mayday Parade
Pop-punk veterans Mayday Parade are back to get us in our feels again. Their latest track ‘Golden Days’ captures the feelings of pandemic fatigue. You know, the feelings driving us all crazy, feeling like it’ll never end because “Heaven knows this year’s been awful.” You can stream the song here. ‘Golden Days’ speaks to waiting for that light behind the darkness when the clouds part and the sun is shining again. It’s emotional and hopeful and makes us feel all the emotions at once in a way that only Mayday Parade can achieve.
‘Golden Days’ is actually the latest single from the band’s upcoming album What It Means To Fall Apart, out November 19th. Be sure to pre-save it now! You can also catch Mayday Parade on their upcoming tour North American Self-Titled Anniversary Tour, head to their website linked below for more info on that!
So what do you think of these new singles? Are you going to be grabbing tickets to any of the dates for either band? Let us know in the comments or come chat with us over on Twitter!
