We’ve jammed to ‘Pumped Up Kicks,’ danced to ‘Helena Beat,’ and watched the ‘Houdini’ video on repeat for years. That’s right, we’re huge fans of Foster The People’s debut album, Torches. Originally released in 2011, it’s only right for us to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of one of the most iconic indie albums of the decade!

Right From Home!
Luckily for us, Foster The People are harnessing the power of the internet to bring a live concert to us in the comfort of our own homes. With live music ramping up speed again in different ways, tons of artists are also starting to utilize virtual concerts as an alternative as well. The band had fans ecstatic with a cryptic tweet that was posted on the first of the month. Revealed on November 3rd, the band posted a teaser trailer for the virtual event on their socials.
For the first time ever, their 2011 debut album Torches, will be performed in its entirety, and we’re absolutely stoked! But that’s not all we have to look forward to… In addition to the live concert event, the band will be releasing a newer version of Torches, featuring all of our favorites from the original album, as well as bonus tracks and remixes that fans will love! Torches X (Deluxe Edition) will officially be released on November 12th. Pre-order your own copy of the album here!
