Woo! Ah! That’s right, Woo!ah! is back with their first-ever mini-album Joy! This EP features six summer bops which have quickly taken over our daily song rotations. Woo!ah!’s new mini-album does exactly what it’s supposed to do and brings us joy with every track.

We at THP are always ready to put you on talented yet underrated K-Pop groups such as Woo!ah! And although it was hard to pick, here are three of our favorite songs from Woo!ah!’s Joy!
‘Danger’
You know that moment when you realize you’re falling for someone? Like how your first thought is something along the lines of, “Oh no, how did this happen again?” We’ve been there, and Woo!ah!‘s title track ‘Danger’ captures this situation perfectly! You may not want to catch feelings, but your crush is just too sweet to stop the feels. This bop is getting stuck in our heads, but we’re not complaining!
‘Straight Up’
One of our favorite b-side tracks from Woo!ah!‘s Joy would have to be ‘Straight Up!’ It’s the summer bop to end all summer bops, and we’re too obsessed! ‘Straight Up’ is a comforting, feel-good song about being by someone’s side, no matter what obstacles come their way. Woo!ah!’s vocals deserve so much recognition, especially on this track!
‘Catch The Stars’
Woo!ah! may have pre-released this bop in January, but we haven’t been able to stop listening to it since then! ‘Catch The Stars’ is a masterpiece, from the chorus to the bright music video to the instrumentals! These girls make us feel like we really can reach the stars, even if they appear too far away. ‘Catch The Stars’ is the perfect song to play on a trip to literally anywhere!
All the songs in Woo!ah!’s Joy makes us feel like summer is already here! These girls have dropped bop after bop, and we hope they get more recognition with this comeback. It’s well-deserved, for sure!
