Starving of Thirst

We love discovering new music and artists, and we are pretty sure you all have that in common with us. We are here to present to you the pop-punk duo Starving of Thirst and the reasons why you should follow them!

First of all, let us introduce you to the members. Meet Tyler Coyne, who is in charge of vocals and guitar, and Jon Russell, who takes care of guitar, keyboard, and percussion. What else? We thought we would jump right into their music because what says more about an artist than their sound? Are you ready? Ok, here we go! This is why you should check them out!

Their Sound

Influenced by top acts like All Time Low, Hot Mulligan, Third Eye Blind, and Knuckle Puck, the band absorbs it all in to create their own unique color in the form of music. And with such great inspiration (and taste), it is no surprise that Starving of Thirst created something that all of us would love! Put on your glasses and click play! Warning, you will enjoy it!

Their Acoustic Performances

Now that you know their music is good, let us make it great! Even acoustic, the duo has a delightful and fun sound, raising the bar even further! We could not decide which songs to show you, so we went with two!

Here you can get an even better feel of the clear instrumentals and vocals! Tell us you don’t enjoy it, we dare you!

Their Story

If you like getting deeper into the artists’ stories, here’s a short history lesson. It all started during a sophomore year in high school when two boys with the dream to create music came together to form what is now known as Starving of Thirst. Time jumping to the present, the two have 4 full-length albums, 2 EPs, and many singles behind them.

Like many artists, the duo also went through the COVID-19 challenge of creating music while in lockdown. The result? A 2021 album called Noise And Nostalgia, filled with plenty of pop-punk tracks for our ears to enjoy!
