Your eyes do not deceive you, dear reader, the New York pop-punk trio is back with another killer single! After the show-stopping ‘Tattoo,’ it is now time for ‘Good Karma’ to take the spotlight. And if ‘Tattoo‘ was the tale of a relationship gone wrong, ‘Good Karma’ is miles away from that as a “love letter to New York City,” as vocalist Alex Magnan puts it.
But even if the two songs have wildly different subject matters, both carry that uniquely confident, catchy, and energetic Young Culture vibe we’ve all come to know and love so much. The 2000s influence comes in heavy as always (which is great because we love it.) And we love how the song sounds and feels so New York-y. We don’t know how to explain it exactly, it just sounds like something that could have only come out of the Big Apple.
If we have any say in it, we’d say Young Culture has a lot of ‘Good Karma’ coming their way after this new song. And we can’t wait to see what these boys come up with next. A little birdie told us there is a lot more to come soon… we’ll be here anxiously waiting for sure!
And in case you, like us, suddenly feel the need to listen to these guys playing live, we’ve got some great news for you! Young Culture are going on a US tour between the months of October and November! Want our advice? You should definitely check out the deetz on their tour and get your tickets as soon as possible.
