Charlotte Sands has become one of our favorite names when it comes to newer artists. The angst-filled singer’s made quite the name for herself recently, having collaborated and toured with the amazing guys in The Maine, as well as opening for the likes of Yungblud and My Chemical Romance earlier this year. There’s been a lot of hype around Charlotte, to say the least, which is why fans were relieved when she released her latest single, ‘Tantrum.’
‘Tantrum’ has had fans begging for an official release since the singer’s week-long run on 2021’s Sad Summer Festival, and the anticipation’s only grown since then. As the months rolled on, fans would come to express their undying desire for a studio version. This would lead Charlotte to make a promise with her fanbase – if ‘Tantrum’ got 5,000 presaves, it would be released. Needless to say, the fans did what they had to, as the song officially dropped less than a week later.
The release also predates the start of her first-ever headline tour, which began just days ago and ends on November 5. Tickets are still available, so if you want to go, grab a ticket here while supplies last. Some cities have already sold out!
Supporting acts for the tour include such greats as No Love For The Middle Child and John Harvie. No Love For the Middle Child will be appearing from September 6 all the way to October 8. From there, John Harvie plays select dates, and those without him are yet to have their openers announced. In total, Charlotte will be on the road for just about 2 months, playing a variety of venues across the nation.
Will you be catching Charlotte Sands on this tour? If not, will you jam out to her new banger? We’re planning on doing both, and would love to know which ones are in your schedule! To let us know, either leave a comment or reach out to us on Twitter @TheHoneyPOP!
