Shania Twain’s return has been one of the best gifts we could ever receive over here at the Honey POP! Not to mention that every release to date of Shania’s has been awarded S-tier music status for obvious reasons. Shania is a master of many traits, but one is her ability to get our booties shaking and lungs singing full blast.
‘Giddy Up!‘ is a two-stepping, good-time-having, certified banger. The track is like a sister track to ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman’ in the way they both have pep-boosting call-to-action lines and a contagious musical background to go with it. Shania had this to say about the track:
“The saying “Let’s Go Girls!” is such a wonderfully uplifting sentiment now, but it’s just something I said during the recording in the studio and I guess that’s the same for “Giddy Up!”. These lines come to me when I’m thinking about how to put a little “pep in my step.” I want people to feel good when they hear the new album. I want to set a celebratory tone and “Giddy up!” is a way to call to the audience and say “let’s get ready for some fun!”

This release is the second single from Shania’s upcoming album Queen of Me which is her first album since 2017. The record is joining her legendary catalog and our music library forever. With 12 new tracks ranging from line dancing good time to passionate, heartfelt, and reflective. Also, the fact that Tyler Joseph is not only featured on this new album but produced the entire thing.
To no one’s surprise, Shania has lined up shows to bring her new record to life around the globe! With a global tour and headlining festival slots, Shania will bring her magic worldwide for the first time in five years. When we say there aren’t words to describe how excited we are for this, we mean it with our entire chest.
