QUIZ: Go Back To 2003 And We’ll Give You A Song From Yellowcard’s Ocean Avenue

The early 2000s was the golden age of pop punk. Don’t get us wrong, we still love new pop punk music. But there’s a certain sense of nostalgia from that time period. And one of the bands responsible? Yellowcard. They’re one of the most iconic pop punk bands in history. To think they’re still releasing amazing music two decades later with their new EP, Childhood Eyes. But let’s bring it back to the album that started it all: Ocean Avenue, aka one of the best pop punk albums of all time.

Whether you listened to it for the first time in 2003 or some time after that, we know it altered your brain chemistry /positive. If you need to experience these songs live, whether it’s for the first time or you’ve lost count how many times you’ve heard it, you can! They’re currently on their Ocean Avenue anniversary tour! We recommend getting tickets ASAP, if you haven’t already.

We’ve already told you how much we love Ocean Avenue, but it bears repeating. It’s absolutely timeless, but it’s wild to think that it came out in 2003. While we’re feeling nostalgic for the 2003 AOTY, we thought we’d keep it going. So, we made a quiz that will transport you back in time to 2003 with trends and pop culture and will give you a Yellowcard song, as well!
