Imagine Wes Anderson x Wallows x the Scary Movie franchise…but in July. That’s what we imagined when we first watched the music video for ‘Bad Dream,’ Wallows’ latest visual release.
Dylan, Braeden, and Cole each play a unique role in the video. Each of them is peacefully playing an instrument, guitar, or piano until a stranger (with a very creepy face) and a sharp knife, intrude the house. This is your sign to never, and we mean never, wear noise-canceling headphones when there is a creepy murderer roaming around your kitchen…
If A24 were to turn this music video into a full-length thriller film, we’d be seated with a large popcorn and Cherry Coke. Unfortunately for the boys and the rest of the house’s guests, the ending doesn’t play out too well. But fortunately for us, the song is a banger, and it’s officially made our summer 2024 playlist.
If you’re not deep in the Wallows lore, you may not know that the group just dropped a new album! Model is complete with 12 unique tracks that highlight all the boys’ talents.
