Here at The Honey POP, we’ve had the privilege of covering Maggie Rogers extensively over the past few years. We have had a first-hand experience witnessing the magic of her live performances unfold. Maggie has a certain vulnerability and passion she pours into every show, from her captivating stage presence to the talented crew that helps bring the arena vision to life. Currently, on her Don’t Forget Me Tour, Maggie is blending her vibrant energy with a depth that feels rooted in her artistic evolution. Her sold-out return to Boston was both a moment of reflection from her time at Harvard, surpassing the excitement and creativity of her previous performances.

Ryan Beatty
Arguably one of the most nostalgic sounds combining influence from Sufjan Stevens and Kevin Abstract, Ryan Beatty is carving out something distinctly his own. With his background collaborating with Brockhampton and posting YouTube covers at only age 11, Ryan has held onto that gentle, experimental sound defining his own musical identity. In 2018, he released ‘Boy in Jeans,’ an introspective album that explored his coming-out journey and themes of isolation through raw, heartfelt storytelling. Since then, Ryan has only deepened his artistry.

Currently touring with Maggie Rogers, Ryan Beatty has kept each night intimate and sincere. Performing fan favorites like ‘Bruises off the Peach,’ ‘Ribbons,’ and ‘White Teeth,’ we were treated to a well-rounded setlist. True to his signature style, he wore his classic white shirt, blue denim jeans, and headphones. This understated look perfectly complemented his softer stage presence, allowing the focus to remain on the music itself. The stage setup was minimalist—just Ryan, his piano, and a few band members—creating an atmosphere that felt stripped back and genuine. From the moment he stepped on stage, the crowd was captivated, marveling at his presence and authenticity.
Maggie Rogers
Earlier this year, Maggie Rogers delivered the perfect summer album with Don’t Forget Me, a collection of songs that resonate deeply no matter the season of life. More laid back than her previous work, this 10-song set brings a refreshing vibe we’ve been missing. It’s sweet, spirited, and full of youthful energy evoking the charm of Carrie Bradshaw or Faith Hill’s ‘Fireflies’ Era. In her live performances, Maggie transforms this energy into something uniquely hers, blending a homey, intimate atmosphere with elegant, expressive movement. It’s captivating to watch her bring these songs to life with such cohesion.

Maggie’s tour outfits are as thoughtfully curated as her music. One look featured a black bodysuit layered with a sheet black cover, a simple yet striking ensemble that helped give focus to the centerpiece of both the performance and stage design. Her second outfit, a shimmering caftan adorned with diamond accents, had the crowd in awe. It felt quintessentially Maggie—or like TikTok likes to say how very Maggie Rogers of her—embracing both the feminine and masculine aspects of her show. Everything had its place and purpose, from the outfits to the setlist, making the entire show a resounding success.
Maggie Goes Green
Maggie has seamlessly combined her tour with election season, ensuring her younger audience has access to voting information booths and a space to ask questions about both political issues and climate-friendly solutions. Partnering with Planned Parenthood, Headcount, and Greenpeace, she has made her tour both sustainable and informative. This effort complements her as a musician yet also creates a deep connection back to her fans. We were proud to witness such a powerful initiative from one of the leading women in music today.

We will continue to watch her tour over on her social media platforms, as she has been active from the album drop, to her time with Coldplay, to her own US/international tour taking place right now. If you want to attend, it still isn’t too late, however, it is selling out and we’d suggest you grab a ticket. Her stage presence and the people she brings along on her journey are something we will never forget no matter how years pass.
