Durry is back with their new hit single, and accompanying music video, titled ‘More Dumb!’ This track explores the idea that sometimes it’s better to be a bit closed off from the world around us. It’s always easier to just tune out the chaos. Yet another refreshing song from them that addresses the struggles of everyday life and how they can weigh us down. We admire Durry for their honesty in tackling these topics.
The music video follows the brother-sister duo as their puppet selves inside Austin’s brain. This can explain the dread of feeling like puppets in the working world where you have to work tirelessly just to make ends meet. Another harsh reality of the world we live in today, but something Durry embraces through their music. The whole idea of ‘More Dumb’ is that sometimes, ignorance is bliss. Sometimes it’s just better to not know what’s going on around you.
