The Honey POP Printed Magazine
The fulfilment of printing and shipping of our printed The Honey POP magazine is completed by LuLu – A third party “print on demand” company. Production time by LuLu is 3-5 business days, however, your shopping cart on our site will show an estimated production time for your order. Please note, these timings are given as an estimate and are not guaranteed.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct, to avoid delays.
The Honey POP does not ship the printed magazine directly, and has no input or control of shipping times.

The Honey POP Digital Magazine
The fulfilment of delivery of our digital The Honey POP magazine is completed by WooCommerce. Upon purchase of the digital magazine, you will be taken to a payment confirmation page, on which you can directly download your purchased product.
Other Products
Orders of all other purchasable products on The Honey POP are fulfilled by Printful. All orders are produced and processed with 2-5 business days. Shipping time is then dependent on item and shipping location. Estimated delivery date is provided at the checkout prior to purchase, along side shipping costs. Please note, these timings are given as an estimate and are not guaranteed.
The Honey POP does not ship products directly, and has no inout or control of shipping times.

Returns
We respect your consumer rights, and always aim to fulfil orders successfully and to a high standard. When something goes wrong with your order, we respect your consumer right to return and refund. Returns and refunds are accepted for products purchased on The Honey POP, for products that are faulty, damaged, defective, not safe, not as described, or delivered substantially late. Returns and refunds are not available in instances of customer error, such as where products have been wrongly ordered, where you no longer want a product you have ordered, or where too many products have been ordered.
Returns and refunds meeting this criteria must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date of the product.
