Just last week, we were blasting ‘Love From The Other Side,’ the first Fall Out Boy song released in 5 years. It was long overdue, but it was worth the wait. The only thing that could get us to stop? Another new Fall Out Boy song! ‘Heartbreak Feels So Good’ is the second single to be released from the 8th studio album, So Much (For) Stardust, set to be released on March 24th on Fueled By Ramen. We were headbanging and fingerpointing to ‘Love From The Other Side,’ but ‘Heartbreak Feels So Good’ is definitely a song we’ll be dancing to. Its catchy and upbeat rhythm does, well…make heartbreak feel so good.
Like always, Fall Out Boy’s music videos are elaborate masterpieces, and we wouldn’t expect anything less from them. The music video for this song was centered around a prank involving a fake kidnapping attempt of Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo. Whether or not it’s teasing a collab and/or tour, or even just a fun cameo, we love it. An unexpected crossover we didn’t know we needed. You can check out the music video below.
Seeing guitarist Joe Trohman make an appearance was an unexpected, heartwarming surprise. He recently announced his temporary departure from the band. Even though we miss him and Fall Out Boy is definitely not the same without him, we wish him all the best.

New music? Check. Album release date available for pre-order? Check. Now we just need tour dates. ASAP. Seriously. We need to hear these songs live and sing them at the top of our lungs.
57 days until FOB8 is released. But who’s counting? But in the meantime, it’ll give us enough time to listen to Meet Me @ The Altar’s new album, set to be released on March 10th, also on Fueled By Ramen.
