Presenting Ravyn Lenae – Your New ‘Dream Girl’

Just like the title says, we have a new artist to present to you. And when have we ever let you down? Today we’re here to talk about Ravyn Lenae’s brand new release ‘Dream Girl’ ft. Ty Dolla $ign. We have to admit we’re newbies when it comes to Ravyn’s music, but one listen to ‘Dream Girl’ had us in love! And of course we had to share that love with you, so let’s talk about her.

‘Dream Girl’ is Ravyn’s new single, following ‘Love Me Not’ and ‘Love Is Blind.’ All these singles are in anticipation of her album Bird’s Eye, coming August 9th and after giving them a listen, we’re so excited to hear the whole album! You can stream ‘Dream Girl’ and grab Bird’s Eye merch here. We have a strong feeling that ‘Love Me Not’ is about to be a favorite track of ours.

‘Dream Girl’

The first thing that grabbed us with ‘Dream Girl’ was Ravyn’s voice. Her vocals are stellar and her voice is so… sweet! And since this is The Honey POP, you know we love sweet things. Her crystal clear vocals blend together with the smooth, airy feel of her music to create this dreamy track. ‘Dream Girl’ really does feel dreamy — that’s the only way we can describe it. The beat is stuck in our head and will make you feel like you’re floating. The intro scratches something in our brain just right. We also love the addition of Ty Dolla $ign’s voice on this track because they go together so well. His verse adds an oomph to an already amazing track. Believe us when we say we’ve had this song on repeat since we first heard it.

You should definitely listen to ‘Dream Girl’ and the rest of the singles, not just because Ravyn Lenae is amazing, but because you need to be prepared to sing the words back to her. That’s right, this fall, Ravyn Lena is going on tour! The Bird’s Eye World Tour kicks off in October and you can grab tickets now.
