We like to think that we have a good idea of what bands are about to take over the world. When it comes to the pop-punk world, it’s obvious that the answer is Troubled Minds. Hailing from Phoenix, Arizona, the group has made its presence known in the scene over the last few years. And with tracks like their newest release, ‘The Things We Mend,’ that doesn’t shock us whatsoever.

This is more than just a single, though; it’s the start of a new chapter for the band. Their upcoming EP is titled Full Circle. And with a stacked fall touring schedule, it feels like more of a manifestation than anything else in our eyes. The question at this point is simply, where will Troubled Minds go next? Their EP is releasing in the spring of 2025, and we’ll pass the time by making a list of all the holes this EP is going to mend within us once we finally hear it.
‘The Things We Mend’ is a pop-punk masterpiece. Starting with a tasteful instrumental introduction to get you amped up, once the lyrics hit, you’re ready to shout along. Oh, and finger point, obviously.
I’ll cross state lines while you cross all friends. Guess that’s life and the things that we mend.
‘The Things We Mend’
Full Circle revolves around the idea that every human being has a unique purpose in life. And by finding and fulfilling your purpose, you can find true self-love. Whether your purpose is creating some of the best pop-punk tunes of the 2020s (yeah, we’re talking about you, Troubled Minds) or helping combat climate change, there’s something to help you along your way on this EP.
Thankfully we won’t be starving until the release of Full Circle. We have ‘The Things We Mend’ and the rest of Troubled Minds discography to keep us happy until its release!
