It’s DND season! Young Miko’s third studio album, Do Not Disturb, dropped last night, so you know we’re bringing you all our thoughts. Per usual, we love anything Baby Miko releases, but we’ve been highly anticipating Do Not Disturb for a while now. Earlier this year, Miko teased us with the album’s three singles, ‘WASSUP,’ ‘Meiomi,’ and most recently, ‘Likey Likey.’ So, now it’s time to lock that hotel door, put up the “do not disturb” sign, and plug into Young Miko’s world.
“Excitement is an understatement. We put so much passion and patience into each song. I’m happy the fans can finally hear and enjoy the album with me. I always strive to be genuine and have fun with what I do and this is no exception. I hope at least someone relates to a track or two and feels they have a space to just be,” said Young Miko. “This album hugged me in many ways I didn’t know I needed. I feel grateful and at peace and this project definitely had a lot to do with it. The album title had a lot to do with where my mind and persona was at. I needed time to myself, to listen, to have fun and I feel like just by reading ‘Do Not Disturb,’ one can have an idea of what it meant.”

‘Piki’
If you like ‘Piki’ the best on this track list, you might be a little freaky. But, in the best ways possible! You have great music taste and match all of Young Miko’s vibes, no matter what she decides to bring to the table. You’re bold in your decisions, but they usually all work out for you in the end. Honeybee, you’re a girl we can trust and definitely someone we want by our side.
‘Likey Likey’
‘Likey Likey’ is one of our favorite tracks on Do Not Disturb, and we know all our honeybees agree. ‘Likey Likey’ is for the most confident girls in the room with the “Kylie Jenner lips.” In your pocket, you’ve got your favorite lip gloss, a compact mirror, and diamond jewelry. You attract all the good energy in the room and are everyone’s best friend. No mean girl energy here!
‘Meiomi’
If ‘Meiomi’ is your favorite Young Miko song, you’re the shy girl on the outside, but the sexy, confident girl on the inside. Your shell is a little hard to break, but once you start to feel comfortable with people, you let your true personality shine just like ‘Meiomi.’ You’re a friend to the people in the corner of the party, but in the same beat, pouring the drinks and queuing up the music. It’s giving versatility!
