Very quickly, Sombr became a household name. Now, his latest single, ‘Homewrecker,’ is on everyone’s tongues, in every household. That’s just the Sombr effect.
Sombr’s ‘Homewrecker’ seemed to spawn out of nowhere. We started seeing him, Quenlin Blackwell (queen), and Milo Manheim (OMG, our theater kid hearts), posting together in period western costumes. Our fangirl senses could defintely tell something was up. Did we think this trio would be debuting the music video for ‘Homewrecker!?’ Absolutely not. But here we are, and we’ve never been more grateful to be Sombr fans than in this moment.
‘Homewrecker’ Broke The Internet
It’s true. The ‘Homewrecker’ music video broke the internet. If we have to be perfectly honest, we want Sombr, Quenlin Blackwell, and Milo Manheim to be our homewreckers and completely wreck our relationships. We’d leave any stable relationship for those three. If you have yet to watch Sombr’s ‘Homewrecker’ music video—get on it, honeybee!

Did you see that twist in the music video coming? Milo Manheim and Sombr fist-fighting dressed as cowboys was not on our 2026 bingo cards this year! (But why was it kind of hot?) Now, we really want to see Sombr acting more. Maybe film will be his new talent?

Performing At The GRAMMYs
Sombr was a shining disco ball of talent at this year’s GRAMMYs! Even though he didn’t take home the GRAMMY for Best New Artist (congrats to Olivia Dean!), he’s still a winner in our eyes. His performance was one of our favorites of the night, and we know he captured everyone else’s hearts, too. Sombr is quickly proving that he’s a force in the industry not to be reckoned with, and the success of ‘Homewrecker’ is only the beginning for him.
