The Warning have already been on our playlists all year thanks to last year’s Keep Me Fed and February’s ‘Love To Be Loved’ with Carín León. But if you’re behind the curve, then right now is the perfect time to start stanning them! They just made an epic comeback with ‘Kerosene,’ an aptly-named, fiery track calling out people who aren’t authentic about their feelings and views of others. Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra keep proving they’re ready to set the world on fire, and we’ll be excitedly watching the blaze.
The girls emphasized during their interview on the Metal Queens podcast that ‘Kerosene’ is meant to be a fun song rather than a harsh callout, and Dany mentioned the music video as a true culmination of that fun energy. We’d totally agree with that! The video shows the girls getting matching angel wing tattoos before stealing the artist’s car and exploring the desert in some of the coolest outfits you’ll see this year. Catch us digging out our old iPods to bedazzle them like the one Pau was holding in the beginning of the video. And keep an eye out for the newspaper Dany holds while sitting in the backseat of the car – there’s an Easter egg headline referencing the ‘Qué Más Quieres’ music video plot!
[In the studio] we landed on the topic of being kind of pissed off at people who passive-aggressively throw hate your way, but they don’t have the confidence to say it to your face, and how annoying that can be. So the song is like, what would you like to say to people like that? For us, that answer was, ‘I want you to say it to my face. Show me your teeth. Say it, scream it to my face. Be confident in your hate towards me.’

Between the high energy of ‘Kerosene’ and that pyro-filled junkyard performance in the video, we’ve never been more eager to see The Warning hit the road! And luckily, there are a lot of opportunities for fans to see them in 2026. Their epic string of shows kicks off in March with a South American festival run that includes three Lollapalooza dates, Paraguay’s Asuncionico, and Colombia’s Estereo Picnic. Next, they head to their hometown of Monterrey, Mexico to take the stage at Tecate Pal’Norte Festival a little before joining YUNGBLUD for his U.K. and U.S. IDOLS Tour shows. Finally, they round out their itinerary with a headlining NYC set and international festivals! If you have a chance to see one of these shows, you should definitely take it.
