We got the chance to chat with them about their most recent single and upcoming album Hands Up Chin Down set to be released some time this summer. Let’s get right to it!
Hello and welcome to The Honey POP! We’re so excited to have you! For our readers who may not know who you are, can you tell us a little about yourself?We’re Midnight Foolishness, a rock band from Brooklyn, New York!
Who are your musical inspirations and how do they influence your music?
Probably Kevin Devine, who is my favorite singer. We also really like Dillinger Escape Plan & Emmure Candiria!
What’s your favorite lyric from your latest single, ‘Quitters Get Nothing?’

What was it like shooting the music video for it?
It was freezing outside. We actually shot it in 2 days. We did the live band scene the next day!
Your upcoming album Hands Up Chin Down is set to be released this summer. That’s so exciting! What was the inspiration behind the album title?
The album is about making a comeback and being a better version of yourself, and having the strength to move on!

What’s been your favorite show to play as a band?
Opening for Red Jumpsuit Apparatus! It was a great night!
What would your dream show/tour lineup look like?
Kevin Devine/Midnight Foolishness on tour, also Blink 182 would be amazing!
