LP put on an electric set this past Saturday at House of Blues Boston. As LP and their band interacted with their fans from the stage, you could tell everyone was going to have a night to remember. On their newest tour, LP is taking the stage in over 70 cities singing some of their most popular songs, including ‘Lost on You’ and ‘When We’re High.’ We were absolutely blown away with the stage presence and talent each band member had, but even more surprised by how each song resonated throughout the crowd and upper mezzanines.
Nick Leng
While we waited for LP to take the stage, we got to hear the new and upcoming opener, Nick Leng. Nick had covered songs off his newest album, LEMONS, which gave the crowd more surprises as his set went on. We got to hear ‘My Mind is a Mess in the Morning,’ which had wrapped up his set perfectly. LP
Getting back to LP, their set started off strong! With every song they sang, they made it a point to connect with fans all throughout the arena. If you ever get the chance to see LP in person, you will instantly fall in love with their laid-back energy. Our favorite songs they sang were ‘No Witness’ and ‘Muddy Waters,’ which got the crowd to loosen up and dance.

We got to talk with some of the fans who said they had been following LP’s journey since 2012, when ‘Into the Wild’ first dropped. They had mentioned that their concerts always feel like home and a place where their friend group can just be themselves without judgments.
Overall, LP and their band put on an amazing night that we wish we could go back to! It was just what we needed to end our week on the right note.
