It’s ‘Crazy’ How Long We’ve Waited for New Hope Club’s Getting Better Tour

We finally got the chance to see New Hope Club live and they did not disappoint. After finding out about them when they opened for The Vamps in 2016, we knew it was only a matter of time before they came to the US and we’d have the chance to see them in person!

The Show

The high-energy show started off with some absolute bangers that got the crowd immediately hype for more. Not only did they play all the songs that made us fall in love with them, but they played a cover of Lizzo’s ‘About Damn Time,’ and the crowd absolutely lost their minds (including us!).

We do really love the songs from their self-titled album, so you know we were dancing and singing along to those. But they also decided to play some unreleased music and it only made us 10x more hype for their next album to come out. Be on the lookout for ‘Walk It Out,’ ‘Call Me A Quitter,’ and ‘I Like Your Face’ to be released soon!

Some of our favorites from the setlist: ‘Somebody That You Loved,’ ‘I Like Your Face,’ ‘Getting Better,’ and ‘Permission.’

Unfortunately, the Getting Better Tour is over, for the US but we know they’ll be playing some more shows soon. We’ll be sure to let you know when they announce more tour dates in the future.
