MAYDAY! MAYDAY! The Summer Set just released their latest single, ‘Hard Candy,’ and we are not okay! This bop marks the fourth single off of their new album, Blossom, and we are and are not ready (all at the same time) for the fountain of jams that are bound to come from it.

Can y’all believe the fourth single from The Summer Set’s comeback album, Blossom, is out? Neither can we! Each song that has been released since they came back has given us so much serotonin that we don’t know what to do with ourselves.
The song starts off with Brian Dales singing “I hate the way it hurts me when I hold you close / It’s crazy how you make me so irrational / Got me out of, out of my mind / You’re a hell of a, hell of a high.” Just the first 15 seconds already have us in our feels and completely relating to what Brian is talking about. Have you ever had a relationship or habit where you just keep going back to a situation or person, even though you knew it wasn’t good for you? Bestie, same.
But you know what, life doesn’t have to stay that way. Take it from us, you can break the habit and start doing things that are healthy for you and your mind. It’s bittersweet, we know, but you can do it! We believe in you. 😊
