We Won’t ‘Lie,’ Sasha Alex Sloan Blew Us Away On The I Blame The World Tour

We had the opportunity to see Sasha Alex Sloan in the flesh, and we were not disappointed. Her songs have been at the top of our playlists for the past few months and we were stoked to finally hear them live!

Sasha opened up with a crowd favorite, ‘I Blame The World,’ and it was the perfect opener since it got the entire crowd hyped up for the rest of the set. Although if you know anything about Sasha, you know she’s got some slower songs that will hit you in your feels, and ‘Thoughts’ was one of those. We definitely teared up a little bit, but we are just emotional, okay?!

The tempo was brought back up with our personal favorite song, ‘Lie.’ The chorus really hits you and makes you want to vibe along with your fellow fans in the crowd. Her live drummer also got an insane drum solo at the end of the song, and it was chef’s kiss.

The stools are out and you know it’s time to get sad again.

To round out the show, Sasha played an encore of ‘Older’ and ‘Dancing With Your Ghost.’ It was the perfect way to end the set but also left us wanting more. We cannot wait for Sasha to come to a city near us again. You know we will fight to be front row again!
