Alfie Templeman Adores At Gramercy Theatre

Coming off of the release of the latest album Mellow Moon, Alfie Templeman embarked on the album tour throughout the fall into late November with Thomas Headon, and we at THP were fortunate enough to catch them at the Gramercy Theatre in NYC.

Alfie, who is from over the pond, has faultlessly complimented his 2021 album Forever Isn’t Long Enough with his latest release. Mellow Moon has us not just thinking about it still, but feeling every emotion.

Standout moments of the night include the live rendition of ‘Everybody’s Gonna Love Somebody’ and ‘Things I Thought Were Mine’ which, with its upbeat tempo and quote-worthy lyrics, has us singing along without fail.

But for starters, let’s get into what y’all need to know. If you’re all for loving the indie rock scene – we’re thinking of folks we’ve checked out (think push baby and COIN? ) Alfie is a fusion of indie pop with influence of R&B that sweeps us off our feet.

And let us tell you, Honey Poppers, these are tracks we need to turn up, listen to, sing and obviously jam out to. (We’re dancing right along with you!)

To show this incredibly talented group even more love, we’ve listed our go-to tracks here. And since we’re feeling it, that means you are going to as well.
