In the world of EDM, also known as Electronic Dance Music, you might hear big names like Steve Aoki, David Guetta, or Calvin Harris, but you bet that electronic duo ODESZA is one of those known people! Including members Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight, they came upon the EDM scene back in 2012, and they have proven to still dominate the music genre with their new release on March 15th called ‘To Be Yours!’

‘To Be Yours’ actually was released after two music festivals ODESZA performed at, Okeechobee and CRSSD, along with their announcement of their headlining slot of this year’s Outside Lands! Not to mention their other recent track ‘Hopeful’ has debuted in the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Chart!
The track is full of indie and mellow vibes, along with dreamy pop vocals from Claud, perfect for a night out looking at the stars! We will definitely be adding this to our chill playlists because it is that soothing.
‘To Be Yours’ came together in such a serendipitous way, Harrison and Clayton sent me a few tracks, and I strongly resonated with this one. I immediately started recording to it, melodies just flowed out really naturally. ODESZA made my job easy, they have such a powerful way of evoking emotion in their records, and as soon as the song was done I think we all just felt really drawn and connected to it.

2023 is definitely going to be the year for ODESZA for sure, with headlining many other electronic festivals like Bonnaroo, Govornor’s Ball, and Electric Forest this spring and summer! Can the tickets just release already? We are so ready to hear ‘To Be Yours’ live!
