Giddy Up! Shania Twain Stuns Us During Her Queen of Me Tour

Light-up cowboy hats, pink cowboy boots, and glitter were all we saw for miles walking to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on Saturday night. The Queen of Me Tour was finally here and everyone was ready with all their country glitz and glam on. Whether you were in a VIP seat close to the stage or in the lawn, there was not one person who would be sitting down the entire night.

Shania Takes The Stage

During her first song, Shania Twain popped out of a box in the middle of the crowd and was pulled from one side of the venue to the other side. Getting to be that close to a living legend was a dream for all of her die-hard fans sitting close to that aisle.

Not only did Shania play all of her hits, ‘I’m Gonna Getcha Good,’ and ‘You’re Still The One,’ she also played some amazing tracks from her latest album and the namesake of this tour. ‘Giddy Up!’ and ‘Pretty Liar’ were definitely two of our favorites from the album, Queen of Me.

Her encore started off with ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much and ended with ‘Man, I Feel Like A Woman!’ Shania really knew what she was doing when she ended with that song. The entire set was what we would call country glam and it was a celebration of women in country music. We could not have been happier to be in attendance.
