And their new album, I Won’t Let Me Down, is out everywhere now! Whether you’re looking for a new groove to listen to on a loop, or have found comfort in their tunes prior – this is simply a no-skip record!
The release of I Won’t Let Me Down marks a new and pivotal era for the band. The group may have started as a solo project in 2009, but it’s safe to say it’s evolved to become so much more. Whether you’re obsessed with the lyricism on this album or the music itself, there is something worth obsessing over on this record for everyone. Their prior releases from the record, ‘Reality TV’ and ‘Run It Wild’ show different sides of the group musically. But both singles simply prove our point that Stolen Jars is a force to be reckoned with!

‘Reality TV’ opens with the line, “I don’t wanna fall in love, so I won’t this time.” Oof. We think we’ve all been there. Where we’re fighting off emotions or pushing back the way we truly feel because we think it’s easier than embracing how we might actually feel. The track continues on to whisk you away with its pulsating beat and blending harmonies. You feel like you’re hopping onto a cloud and floating along the melody with Stolen Jars.
We still haven’t stopped listening to their 2019 release, A Reminder. But you know what? We aren’t upset about adding another immaculate album to our list of favorites!
