You may be wondering how you got to an article about famous fish on a music magazine website. Honestly? It’s because we’re the best. Okay, maybe that’s not the only reason. We’re actually all here to get ready for The Seafloor Cinema and their upcoming self-titled album! It comes out December 1st, and we’re so excited! And the album artwork? Chef’s kiss.

Not only were we recently blessed with the album’s release date, but The Seafloor Cinema also gave us two new singles, ‘If This Were A Film’ feat. Onlyfriend and ‘The Lesson (.44 Magnum)’ feat. Aaron Pauley. Aren’t we just the luckiest?
What better way to celebrate The Seafloor Cinema and get hyped for their new music than to wonder which famous fish would love the new album!
Dory from Finding Nemo and Finding Dory
Want to know a really cool thing? You don’t need to speak whale to listen to The Seafloor Cinema, but Dory said that the translation of their songs into whale speech is super great. Well, she got distracted by the music and started singing their songs in whale at the time she was telling us, but we’re pretty sure that’s what she was saying! The Seafloor Cinema songs translated into whale when, please? Sounds like a spin-off album to us!
While Dory just keeps swimming through the ocean, she’s definitely listening to the energetic ‘If This Were A Film’ to get ready for The Seafloor Cinema album!
Oscar from Shark Tale
After all that went on from telling the tall tale of defeating a shark, Oscar definitely introduced Lenny to The Seafloor Cinema. How could he not? He’s obviously got great taste in music. Maybe he’ll share some of their songs at the whale wash? We think he will! Their music should be spread across the whole ocean and the world for all to hear!
Oscar will for sure be listening to ‘The Lesson (.44 Magnum)’ to get ready for The Seafloor Cinema album!
Flounder from The Little Mermaid
Our little favorite buddy! Flounder, the most loyal fish you’ll ever meet. We know Flounder would love all The Seafloor Cinema songs, especially the most energetic tracks. They’d hype him up and build up his confidence! And Ariel’s into their music, too, so they can sing the lyrics together under the sea.
To get ready for the album, Flounder will be listening to ‘Tap Supply!’
While you wait for The Seafloor Cinema’s self-titled album, why not take a deep dive into their discography and discover more of their incredible music? These legends have us thriving with their songs, and we know you’ll love everything they have to offer!

You can pre-order The Seafloor Cinema album here.
