Ever since Tones And I took the world by storm with her iconic hit, ‘Dance Monkey,’ we’ve been huge stans. Her music always has a way of lifting our spirits and getting us moving for the day, and her vocals? Wow. We’re always in awe. Truthfully, we’re in awe all over again as Tones And I has just released her first new single for her upcoming album, and we’ve been ‘Dreaming’ for this day to come.
Inventive and powerful in her own design of music creation, Tones And I has created a pop delicacy with ‘Dreaming’ that is, in itself, a true dream to listen to. Armed with her genius lyricism and unique sound, ‘Dreaming’ is an absolute joy to listen to, and we’re so glad to be able to put this in all of our playlists.
‘Dreaming’ is the first song from my upcoming album. I maintain my integrity in my stories, which always come from a genuine place of love, loss, and hope. I have found myself subconsciously writing about things I’ve never written about before. I let my music go where it wants to go, and I never try to force it in one direction to suit a trend or style. I hope you like this song, and I can’t wait to share more music soon.
Tones And I
The one thing we absolutely adore about Tones And I is how she doesn’t cookie cutter herself into one direction, and that’s evidently clear in ‘Dreaming’ and the rest of her music. She is a true talent, letting her art ebb and flow wherever it wants while maintaining her unique style. We love her and her music. It keeps us going.
And aren’t we super lucky bees? Because it sounds like Tones And I will be gearing up to release a new album this year! If it’s anything like her 2021 album, Welcome To The Madhouse, then we’re in for a real treat. But it’s always a gift when she releases more songs. We’ll never tire of hearing her voice, her music, and her undeniable talents.
