Everyone who has come in contact with him knows how fascinated he is with creating songs he’s proud of. He knows so much about music, and he’s always working on improving his style as well as exploring different genres. THE FIRST TIME is the best example of that, showing us how long he spent perfecting every song so that it was an album without skips. His artistry will always leave us speechless!

Juice WRLD has been and still is one of Laroi’s most important pillars, making us emotional. Their relationship and how Laroi honors Juice will always be special to anyone who has connected with them through their music or grief in general. He would love to talk to Juice again and tell him he’s a shoulder to rely on. This docu showcases one of Laroi’s greatest anxieties: losing his success in the blink of an eye. He has dealt with this since his music and popularity started to rise, and it has given him a new perspective on his future in the music industry. He went from rapping with his favorite artists when they visited Australia to moving to Los Angeles at a really young age and releasing some of the catchiest hits and collaborations of our time. He had to deal with his growing fame as if it were a crash course, and it has affected his mental health and his perspective in life. His biggest dream as a kid was to become the most popular artist in the world, but now he wants to create the best music possible, connect with fans that resonate with his lyrics and story, and be happy with his legacy. We will always wish him the best, and we can’t wait to keep relating our feelings to his songs!
Laroi’s Appreciation For His Fans
Speaking of connecting with his lyrics, we felt completely seen in The Kid LAROI’s documentary due to his dedication to his fanbase. Laroi is very aware that he wouldn’t be anywhere if people wouldn’t listen to his music, and he’s extremely grateful for every single one of his fans. There are so many bits of appreciation between the artist and the fanbase, showing the long lines, the genuine signs, and the big crowds at his concerts. One of our favorite moments in the whole docu is when Laroi meets a fan after a show, a little kid who shyly tells him how much he loves his music while the rapper gives him advice that we know he will remember forever. It’s such a sweet moment that melted our hearts!
Laroi’s Return To Australia
The docu allows us to check out how Laroi felt about returning to Australia after releasing some of his most famous songs to perform on his first arena tour. So many scenes from this trip made us so happy for him! He returned to his home country feeling like a hero, revisiting his favorite places and enjoying his biggest tour up to that point. We absolutely loved seeing his dream of connecting to as many fans as possible become a reality. His excitement was contagious; we know his stadium tour this year will be unforgettable!
A New Track: ‘Still Yours’
Not only did The Kid LAROI open up about many things in this documentary, but he also released a new single titled ‘Still Yours.’ We were able to hear a snippet of it in the trailer, and with that bit, we already knew it was going to be a great track. He never disappoints! ‘Still Yours’ has been on repeat at THP HQ. It’s such an amazing song that allows us to rethink about the whole docu. We’re very grateful for this inside look into Laroi’s life beyond his storytelling and incredible songwriting.
