When we reflect back on her musical journey we have to stop and smell the Motomami roses 🌹. This era was so iconic that it started in 2022 and we are still living in it. Coachella 2023 Performance
If your breath wasn’t taken away during Rosalía’s performance last year at Coachella, then you weren’t watching it right. I’m pretty sure everyone and their mothers were gagged while watching this. Not to mention she brought out Rauw Alejandro, and we simply melted. We wish we could have seen it live!
‘BIZCOCHITO’ Viral Dance
You know the vibes. If you are not already following Rosalía on TikTok, you better get on it. If she isn’t trending, her sounds are. Early last year, ‘BIZCOCHITO’ hit TikTok and quickly garnered attention from professional, and just-for-fun dancers, around the globe. We tried to participate in this dancing trend but failed miserably.
Even though sounds are now very limited on the app (RIP 🪦), it’s still such a fun dance to do and we encourage all our honeybees to get up and get moving! The next time we see Rosalía in concert, we are doing the ‘BIZCOCHITO’ dance – even if we look foolish!
NJR Music Awards 2022
2022 seems like so long ago, but we will never forget this performance. Yes, we’re talking about that music awards performance. The Motomami era would be incomplete without it! Rosalía is known for fun yet artistic video and performance concepts and this one for the popular song ‘DESPECHÁ’ is no exception.
The camera work goes hard, the vocals go hard, the outfit goes hard, etc. etc. – we could ramble on forever.
‘HENTAI’ Music Video
It’s not a Rosalía article if we don’t talk about the genius that is ‘HENTAI.’
Arguably one of the most beautiful songs on Motomami, we immediately fell in love when we first heard it. The beauty of the song is captured in the video and we find ourselves coming back to it again and again when we want to be remembered of Rosalía’s artistry.
