The day is finally here, we opened Twitter to find out that Sabrina Carpenter had announced her next album, and all chill has been lost! Short n’ Sweet will be ours on August 23rd, which can hardly come fast enough. After the last few months that Sabrina Carpenter has had with SNL, Coachella, the massive success of ‘Espresso,’ and The Eras Tour with Taylor Swift, we have no doubt that Short n’ Sweet is going to even further launch Sabrina into the super stardom we’ve always thought she deserved.

Obviously, ‘Espresso’ is the song of the summer. Sabrina Carpenter, with that song, has established herself as someone who has mastered the art of the pop song, and we have no doubt that that muscle will be further flexed throughout this album. We’d love to see her dive more into the sun-soaked vibes, and tongue-in-cheek lyrics we’ve seen with songs like ‘Espresso’ and ‘Nonsense,’ on Short n’ Sweet.
Based on Sabrina’s Instagram post (you can check it out here) it looks like we are going to get a taste of what’s to come, hopefully in the form of a song or a tour announcement, on Thursday!
