We Are So ‘Lucky’ To Be Zedd And Remi Wolf Fans

We are feeling “so damn lucky” to be Zedd and Remi Wolf fans this week! The two artists finally hopped on a collaboration, appropriately titled ‘Lucky.’ We are always Zedd fans, but lately, Remi Wolf has been blasting through our earbuds with the release of her latest album Big Ideas. It’s jam-packed with hits like ‘Motorcycle’ and ‘Toro,’ with some hidden favorites like ‘Frog Rock’ as well. Hearing Remi go full force on an EDM record was not in our 2024 bingo card, but here we are, and we couldn’t be more excited!

“Lucky couldn’t have happened without Remi. Five years ago, she wrote the first verse and chorus, but had no intention of staying on it. Earlier this year, I invited Remi to the studio to play her the Telos Album, which changed her mind and she decided to stay on the song. We got to work on the second verse, and it completely brought the song to life – no one else could sing it as amazing as she does.”

Zedd stated in a press release.

We are so glad Remi decided to stay on this song! It definitely wouldn’t be the same without her. Here in the hive, we know that Remi is a powerhouse vocalist to say the least. But we’re grateful Zedd also hears that talent within her.

The song is short and sweet but packs a punch. You can always count on Zedd to deliver an incredible song, but with Remi on the record, it goes above and beyond all our expectations.

To put it simply, ‘Lucky’ is about a past relationship that teaches you a lesson. Maybe it ended in heartbreak, but you learned things about yourself along the way. Seeing the silver lining in a bad relationship will help you move on more confidently. Trust us; we’ve been there. We love these lyrics so much, and we hope you do too!
