This is my first body of work and my god is my body in it. Every single song in here is a lived experience. It truly is the story of the last couple of years of my life. And it’s not pretty, but it’s f***ing entertaining.

There’s an anger in here, for sure, and that’s probably what you’ll hear the first time you listen to it. But it truly isn’t about that for me. It does have a venomous flare, granted, but it *is* an EP about healing. It’s just that sometimes that looks like reconnecting with nature and meditating but sometimes that looks like cutting someone out and letting them go.
