After a last-minute venue change, Bradley Simpson took on his third night at Village Underground in London. Opening the show with ‘Getting Clear’ was a power move; with his debut album, The Panic Years, due to come out in February, it was the perfect little teaser.
He played a lot of his upcoming album, which sets the scene perfectly ahead of his bigger tour next year. Which by the way, you can still purchase tickets for. It was a smart way to give people a taste of Bradleys own music, away from the band. His time in The Vamps means we know to expect a very energetic show regardless of who is on the stage with him. These solo Bradley Simpson shows are just the ideal thing to get us through between the bands tours.
Covering ‘HOT TO GO!‘ only adds to the atmosphere that is a Bradley Simpson show. He comes on stage with high energy, and he’s an absolute sweetheart to the crowd when getting them involved and interacting with them. So when he pulls through with a cover of one of the most popular, high-energy songs of the year, no-one missed a beat. Everyone was jumping!
Performing a show full of hits from his debut album, allows people to learn the songs ahead of time. You literally have no excuse not to hype up this album and know every single word. We expect fan-made music videos, fancams, lyric videos, tour diaries, vlogs… all of it. Bradley has fed us a full 4-course meal and then some on this tour.
The lighting was incredible, spotlights followed him everywhere, he was given a cute sash that he tried to wear, but as he showed it off, he broke it. It’s the thought that counts, right?
The expectations for his next tour are now very high; the bar has been set, but with his knowledge and experience in the industry, we can only imagine how naturally this comes to him.
Who are we seeing on his 2025 tour? Let us know on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (X)! We’ll absolutely be there… well, we’ll try to be. If they don’t let us in, we’ll just have to cry at the moon.
