As flying between fashion shows and racing circuits wears Cat’s carefully crafted mask thin, she finds herself drawn further into Faust’s steamy game of cat and mouse, and the dangerously real passion they ignite in each other. Cat’s Hustle
What can we say? Cat’s a boss on and off the camera. She offers her services to clients who want revenge on certain men who have wronged them. Cat dates them for a time before dumping them unceremoniously. We support her rights and wrongs. She gets paid the big bucks, which she then uses to support her family and little sisters’ education. Her next assignment lands her a stylist job on an F1 team, where she’s meant to date and dump a driver who left his fiancé at the altar. Let’s just say it gets real hectic real fast.
Moody Love Interest
Next, we love a moody love interest like Faust Ferreira Sanchez in The Paddock Club. He’s a tough guy to crack from their very first encounter. It’s hard to know what he’s thinking, especially when he’s a man of few words. Faust likes to listen. And his attraction to Cat makes him want to figure out her story. It doesn’t help that she’s in his circle to do more than her actual job. Jealousy really looks good on Faust. Plus, the buildup of tension between Cat and Faust makes for some delightful spice later on.
The Fashion
Finally, we adore the fashion in The Paddock Club. Cat’s job as a personal clothing manager is mainly a ruse for her other mission. Even so, we can tell she actually enjoys fashion. From her work with Faust to the other F1 drivers, Christine and Eddie, Cat has a passion for dressing others and finding the right fit for each person. We especially love her work on Faust’s outfit for the Day Gala. A last-minute delivery issue turned into a fashion emergency. And Cat rose to the occasion, just like we knew she would.
