Miss Anthropocene Gets A Rave Edition to Ring in The New Year

Miss Anthropocene is currently the latest hit album from Grimes, and on January 1st, it will get a brand new edition. Released originally on February 21, 2020, and sitting pretty as the fifth studio album of the Canadian artist, it was a milestone after a long, four-year drought without an album. With a title like Miss Anthropocene and a concept loosely based on an “anthropomorphic goddess of climate change,” we’re excited about this next evolution. This list is to die for, honestly, and we’re stoked to hear the featured artists!

Miss Anthropocene: Rave Edition

‘So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth’ (ANNA Remix)
‘Darkseid (with ๆฝ˜PAN)’ (Richie Hawtin Remix)
‘Delete Forever’ (Channel Tres Remix)
‘Violence (with i_o)’ (REZZ Remix)
‘4ร†M’ (Original Mix)
‘New Gods’ (Tale Of Us & Aฬ‚me Remix)
‘My Name is Dark’ (Julien Bracht Remix)
‘You’ll Miss Me When I’m Not Around’ (Things You Say Remix)
‘Before the Fever’ (Original Mix)
‘IDORU’ (Modeselektor Remix)
‘We Appreciate Power’ (with HANA)

If you want a sneak peek at the album, Grimes recently DJed for Apple Music, where she gave a special premiere for songs ‘So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth (ANNA Remix)’ and ‘Darkseid (with ๆฝ˜PAN) (Richie Hawtin Remix).’

We’re digging the wild and bumping tunes Grimes is producing with Miss Anthropocene for our listening pleasure. We only hope the featured artists will take it out of this world! If the others are any indication, we are positive we’re in good hands.
