Indigo, tell us a little about yourself!
I’ve been performing since I was a kid (ballet & piano) and during high school I tried a bit of everything, acting, singing, dance, musical theatre, and even cheerleading. After returning from an acting program in NYC in 2012, I decided to solely focus on music. From there I started writing and recording my own songs.
What are your main musical influences?
I grew up listening to a lot of Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Madonna, and The Spice Girls. Nowadays, Ariana Grande, Dani Leigh, Lady Gaga are my main go-to’s.
Are you heading out on tour soon?
Unfortunately, I’ll be staying put in Toronto for the next while until this panini cools its’ jets. On the bright side, I’ll be working in the studio on a ton of new music over the next year.
What is your go-to comfort TV show?
Friends. The script is a large part of my daily vocabulary.
If you were not doing this, what would your career be?
Interior designing, if it weren’t for all the math involved.

What’s one piece of advice you’ve been given that you’d like to pass on to others?
Music is not about you (the artist) it’s about them (the audience).
If you could make a song with any other artist (dead or alive) who would you pick and why?
Lady Gaga, she’s a legend and she’s so passionate about everything she does. I’d love to just sit in a room with her and write a song, see her process first-hand.
