Ultimate pop girly Carly Rae Jepsen has just dropped ‘Beach House,’ a new contender for song of the summer and a track that is maybe a little bit too relatable. ‘Beach House’ is the new single from Carly’s upcoming album The Loneliest Time and we’re already obsessed with this era.
Have you ever been on a dating app? Then you’ll probably recognize the situations Carly talks about in ‘Beach House’ all too well. From one guy still relying too much on his mom, to another crying on a first date, Carly gives us some 10/10 relatable content.
BRB, we’re just adding ‘Beach House’ to our summer playlists and sending it to all our single friends.
‘Beach House’ is Carly Rae Jepsen doing what she does best: giving us the most astute lyrical observations wrapped up in these ultimate pop bangers. ‘Beach House’ is going to sound incredible at any party you go to this summer, and ironically makes us wish we were at a beach house in Malibu… even if we might get our feelings hurt.
And if this hasn’t sated your appetite, don’t worry. There’s a lot more on the way from CRJ in the rest of 2022! On 21st October Carly will release brand new album The Loneliest Time! Considering how great the singles have been so far, we’re already confident this album will be elite tier. You can preorder The Loneliest Time here.
And if you can’t wait that long? Well, you’re in luck! Carly will be performing ‘Beach House,’ ‘Western Wind’ and more on The So Nice Tour! Starting in Montreal on September 24th, Carly will be touring throughout North America this fall. Here’s to hoping we get plenty of sneak peeks from The Loneliest Time! Tickets for the tour are available here.
