Did seeing that name fill your little emo heart with nostalgia? Yeah, us too. How could it not when so many of us grew up loving The All-American Rejects? Or maybe you recognize the name from the recent collab with HUDDY, ‘Don’t Freak Out.’ Whatever the case, we’re super stoked to share that Tyson Ritter has teamed up with Scott Chesak and Izzy Fontaine to form Now More Than Ever. The band started in 2018 and is gearing up to release their debut album Creatrix, dropping on March 17th, 2023.
If March feels oh so far away, don’t despair! You can listen to the first single from Creatrix, ‘Don’t Rush, Don’t Wait,’ while you do in fact wait (ha ha) for the album!

This video is an analogy for us as a band. We were all artistically on autopilot or sleeping, and the music woke us up. Together with Jon Danovic we got to create a visual representation of this awakening that embodies what music is to us: freedom, joy, and adventure.”

We absolutely love the analogy going on here, visualized in this spaceship setting. We love the aesthetics and the narrative, and the song itself? Fantastic. The pop-rock blend has us missing the days when you could hear songs like this on the radio 24/7 and personally we would just love to see Now More Than Ever bring that back.
