We’re In Love With Greyed Out’s Latest Music Video For ‘Broken Like An Arrow’

Remember a while ago when we interviewed Pete from Greyed Out? If you didn’t catch that, we strongly recommend you check out the interview, it was great and he was super nice! Back then, Greyed Out had just released ‘Broken Like An Arrow’ through Negative Progression Records.

Now, a few months later, we finally got a music video for that same song! Can you believe that? We’re super hyped about it, especially because the video looks seriously amazing!

The Bay Area band has done a stellar job on ‘Broken Like An Arrow.’ So much that we feel like we’re driving down the West Coast with the windows down just listening to it. And just when we thought the song couldn’t get any better, we get to the lyrics.

‘Broken Like An Arrow’ is a song about solitude and being comfortable with uncomfortable feelings, and we don’t know about you, but we love seeing those feelings in music. And we agree with Pete when he says this about the song:

Isolation builds character, and there is nothing more important in this world.

Pete Dowdalls, lead singer of Greyed Out

Oh, and we can’t end this article without talking about the B-side of this single, ‘No Dice.’ If ‘Broken Like An Arrow’ is more melodic and focused on the incredible guitar sounds, ‘No Dice’ is louder and more energetic. It’s the kind of song that makes you want to crowd-surf or dance until your feet can’t stand it anymore. But at the end of the day, both songs will definitely make it into our pop-punk playlists.
