We’ve ‘told you’ before how much we love The Band CAMINO. The pop-rock trio released a new song, ‘Told You So,’ except it’s not what we’ve grown to expect from them. But we definitely aren’t complaining because this new song is an absolute banger. CAMINO went in an entirely different direction for this one, and we’re absolutely obsessed. The change in sound is absolutely effortless. This song goes hard. Like, we fully expect to have people open up the pit. Since they’re currently working on their second studio album, we wonder if they’re going to keep this vibe or if it’s just an experimental track for them. Regardless, we’re happy to have it! It’s something we didn’t know we needed, but now we can’t live without.
Told You So is about releasing the anger and frustration of wishing someone had just listened. They’re listening now, but it’s too late.”
The Band CAMINO
We love when artists reference past songs, and CAMINO did it again. Remember when they referenced ‘What I Want’ in ‘Roses’? Yeah, us too. In this song, they manage to sneak in another reference. The lyrics, “But you made a fool of me, and you’re not gonna make a fool of me twice,” is a nod to their 2018 single, ‘Fool of Myself.’ If you haven’t listened to it, you definitely need to and can do so here.

We need to hear this song live. And also be in the air crowd surfing. Hopefully, it’ll be on their setlist when they play Bonnaroo on June 17th. And also when they go on their European headlining tour that kicks off on May 2nd in Koln, Germany, and wraps up on May 26th in London, England.
