5 Songs We Would Love To See Becky G Perform On First Headline Tour

This is not a drill: Becky G is going on her first headline tour and we could not be more excited about it. We can all agree that she is an incredibly talented artist: she has collaborated with singers from diverse backgrounds, making her range of musical terrain very wide. There are many reasons to love her, but here is a roundup of just a few. She is heading out on her first-ever headlining tour this fall, so here are a few songs we hope are featured.

‘Chanel’ (With Peso Pluma)

This song is a perfect example of our girl showing off her traditional Mexican roots and bringing a new genre of music to her audience. This song starts with Mexican trumpet and guitar sounds, and from then, we all know this track will bring us to a different space. They even debuted this track at Coachella this year, which you can check out here. You can check out our review of the track’s music video here.

‘Mayores’ (With Bad Bunny)

This song belongs at a party, and it will get everyone dancing. Besides, quien no encanta un poquito de musica de Benito en la fiesta (Who doesn’t love a little bit of Bad Bunny music at the party)? This song also features that classic reggaeton beat that has become a staple. The lyrics of this song basically say that she will not settle for anything less than what she deserves, which is someone on her same level who will treat her right. You tell them, girl!

‘Shower’

We are taking it back to 2014 with this happy single, which makes us smile so big when we think about it. The lyrics come back to us every time as if time had not passed. The song is about someone that makes our girl sing in the shower when she thinks about them. Aw!

‘Arranca’ (With Omega)

This song is a bit different from her other reggaeton tracks, and it would have everyone in the audience dancing with its salsa-reminiscent beat. This song was another that she performed at Coachella this year, which you can watch right here. It is so fun and the beat is infectious, so if you need us, we will be rehearsing this choreo and maybe even throwing in one or two of our own moves!

‘Peleas’

This song begins with a beautiful acoustic guitar sound, and although another beat gets added in later, we can see this being a super cool all-acoustic and stripped-back moment for our girl Becky and her fans. Sometimes, in these parts of shows, we see raw talent from our favorite artists, and that is where we believe that true concert magic comes from.
