If you’re like us and miss the era of boybands in the spotlight, we have some great news for you. UK-based boyband Here At Last arrived on the scene recently. They’re here to fill the void our childhood favorites left behind. Long time Here At Last fans know they’ve been around for a few years, gaining notoriety from TikTok and busking after deciding to form a band. Their latest single ‘God Took His Time’ is only increasing their notoriety! We simply have to put them on your radar, this is a gatekeeping-free zone after all.
Here At Last – ‘God Took His Time’
We’re obsessed with their sound and their vocals. ‘God Took His Time’ is the modern boyband anthem we’ve been waiting for because Here At Last is creating a sound that is uniquely their own. We can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us as their fanbase continues to grow. We’re definitely sticking around for the ride! ‘God Took His Time’ is light, upbeat, and poppy but still boasts heartfelt lyrics. According to the band, those lyrics are up for interpretation. You don’t have to take it as a traditional love song about romantic love. It can be about platonic love, self-love, or whatever kind of love you feel it relates to. We think that is super cute and it’s always fun to have songs we can dedicate to more than just romantic partners.
Here At Last will be heading out on the Happy You’re Here Tour in October (sadly only in the UK) so if you want to see them, now is your chance!
