James Arthur has given us the best gift this ‘September.’ Just days ago he announced his 5th studio album Bitter Sweet Love followed by his UK & Europe tour! The album will be released on January 24, 2024. While the tour will start just 2 days later! We weren’t kidding when we said it was the best gift. In the meantime, here are 5 of our favorite James Arthur performances to get you ready!
‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ (Live From BBC Radio 1)
One of the classics! For us, this live version will always overtake the studio. The vocals, the acoustic guitar… are we in heaven? We’re pretty sure we’re in heaven. It gets even better; Steve Soloman, who worked on this song, also worked on Bitter Sweet Love, so this may be a preview of what’s to come!
‘Falling Like The Stars’ (Live On The Today Show)
If this performance is anything like what James will be delivering on tour, we’re getting our passports and buying tickets to every show!
‘September’ (Vevo Studio Performance)
We’ll have this performance on all ‘September’ long (too much?) It’s true either way! James broke out the guitar for this one, and we love to see it! He’s a true musician, and this only proves it.
‘Train Wreck’ (Vevo Studio Performance)
Have we mentioned that we are in awe of James’ vocals? We are. In another gorgeous acoustic moment, James’ has given us the best version of ‘Train Wreck.’
‘Empty Space’ (Live On X Factor)
This one’s a little nostalgic for us long-time James fans! If you recall, James won the X Factor in 2012. In 2018 he came back to perform and he proved to everyone that he deserved his win!
After watching these performances we are more than ready to see James get back on the road! If you’re looking for tickets, you can find them here starting September 22nd. Presale information can be found here.
There’s so much to take in but ‘breathe’ and don’t worry because we have time to prepare! Will you be attending the tour? Tweet us @TheHoneyPop or catch us on Facebook or Instagram and let us know which city you’ll be going to!
