Colbie Caillat has been making hit after hit since the early 2000s, her genius isn’t something new! The vulnerability and soft, yet powerful vocals you hear on Along The Way have always been present, and we couldn’t be happier they are finding this new light to shine brighter than ever. Along The Way, Colbie’s new record is beyond what we could have hoped for when we heard Colbie was taking the country route. Those storyteller elements country music is known for are front and center, and how could they not be when a majority of the record was written by Colbie Caillat herself and with the help of one of our favorites, Liz Rose?

‘Fallin’ For You’
This track transports us back to the days of the best romcoms of the 2010s. In fact, this track was used in one of the best movies of all time, Letters To Juliet! We instantly feel full of love, hope, and the possibility of a love like the one Colbie sings of whenever this song comes on, and for that, it earned its spot on this list.
‘Bubbly’
Come on, how were we going to make this list without including the iconic track, ‘Bubbly?’ This song screams the early 2000s, it has the dreamy pop of that time written all over it, and it just gets better with time. The girlies simply aren’t doing it like this anymore.
‘Brighter Than The Sun’
Colbie Caillat injected this track with pure serotonin. Upon pressing play, we were instantly put in the best of moods. ‘Brighter Than The Sun’ is one of the all-time best pop-summer tracks, and it’s beyond the time you all recognize that.
