Fall Out Boy Live Blew The Roof Off London!

Fall Out Boy Live Blew The Roof Off London!

Our teenage selves are absolutely screaming with joy right now. Fall Out Boy came overseas to London to play two sold out shows at the O2 Arena! We were right there with them, maybe only physically because we’re almost certain our souls left our bodies.

They were vital to us growing up, if we could capture 2000’s emo-music with just one band, it would absolutely be Fall Out Boy. Growing up with this band from albums like From Under the Cork Tree, up until now, with So Much (for) Stardust.

Fall Out Boy live-debuted ‘So Much (for) Stardust’ for London night one. Then followed through in night two with a live debut of ‘What a Time to Be Alive,’ which by the way, was one of two 8-ball songs. The other one being ‘American Beauty/American Psycho.’ There is something so iconic yet ironic hearing a crowd of British people sing “I’m an American.”

With classic hits like ‘Dance, Dance’ and ‘Sugar, We’re Goin Down,’ through to ‘Baby Annihilation’ and ‘Heaven, Iowa,’ the show was (literally) on fire from start to finish – pyrotechnics got the show off to a bright start! The stage was full of visual changes including a giant dogs head, and it even looked similar to their From Under the Cork Tree album cover.

We cannot recommend Fall Out Boy’s live shows enough, they managed to put on an incredible night for all. They truly never miss. Fall Out Boy kept spirits high and the energy just kept coming, there was no sign of them slowing down. We don’t want to give you FOMO, but if you haven’t seen them yet, we are basically screaming through the screen at you to add it to your list! See Fall Out Boy live. We promise, it’s worth it.
