Is it even a Jeff Satur song if it doesn’t break our hearts in a way or two? Spoiler alert: ‘Ghost’ is no different. Our T-POP prince’s latest track gets quite emotional. And tells a story about letting go of a relationship that doesn’t really exist anymore.
The Thai title, ‘ซ่อน(ไม่)หา,’ translates to ‘Hide & (No) Seek’ in English. Which describes pretty well how this once present feeling, this love, this person, and relationship is hidden so well that there’s no point of finding it anymore. And yepp, paired with its soulful melody, touching lyrics, and heartfelt vocals, Jeff Satur once again puts us into our feels with ‘Ghost.’ Feels we didn’t even know we had have been evoked.
The ballad comes with an MV—also conceptualized by Jeff— just as captivating both in its plot and its visuals as the song itself. And luckily, the bittersweet (and a bit mysterious) video is up for a continuation. The story will conclude with Jeff Satur’s upcoming single, ‘Yellow Leaf.’ Which, by the way, will lead up to the highly anticipated album of his before he kicks off his Asia tour. 😏
